Steven J. Tresser, M.D.
Dr. Steven Tresser was born in New York, NY. He graduated from Harvard College with a B.A. degree and obtained his M.D. degree from the University of Miami. After completing his Residency in Neurological Surgery at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals of Cleveland in 1994, he began practicing in Tampa, FL. He is Board Certified by the American Board of Neurological Surgery and specializes in minimally invasive procedures. Dr. Tresser is currently a surgeon at Florida Orthopaedic Institute

Steven C. Mirabello, M.D.
Dr. Mirabello received his undergraduate degree at Columbia University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He received his medical degree from Harvard Medical School. He did his surgical internship in California under the UCLA training program in Santa Barbara.
Dr Mirabello acquired his Orthopaedic training of four years at the Hospital for Joint Diseases Institute in Manhattan. During his last year of residency he received the honor of being elected to the Chief Resident position. Subsequently he did a Fellowship in Sports Medicine with the concentration of shoulder surgery in Alabama under Drs. Andrews and Clancey. In Alabama he took care of many professional athletes including Bo Jackson, Charles Barkley, Fran Tarkenton, Bruce Smith and Roger Clemens. He has made many significant presentations in the area of Sports Medicine and has written several articles and scientific papers.
Dr. Mirabello was the first Orthopaedic Surgeon on the west coast of Florida to perform a cartilage transplant. He has recently published several papers on shoulder surgery and the examination and treatment of the shoulder. He has come to this area to develop a Sports Medicine Practice, as well as concentrate on shoulder, knee and elbow surgery/reconstruction.
Dr. Mirabello is currently the director of our Sports Medicine Program, the Orthopaedic Surgeon for the Toronto Blue Jays, a consulting physician for the Philadelphia Phillies and the team physician for the Dunedin Blue Jays Baseball Teams. He is an Associate Member of the Association of Major League Baseball Team Physicians. He is Board Certified, a Fellow of the American Academy of Othopaedic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons and a member of The American Sports Medicine Fellowship Society, and Arthroscopy Association of North America.
Dr. Robert Dean
Dr. Dean is Board Certified in Internal Medicine. Since 1997 he has practiced medicine in Palm Harbor, Florida. As partof the Advanced Regenerative Orthopedics
team, Dr Dean is focused patient care on the diagnosis and treatment of Spine and other traumatic Injuries.
Dr. Dean completed his undergraduate education with a Bachelors Degree in Biochemistry from Rutgers University-School of Environmental and Biological Sciences in New Brunswick, N.J. graduating as a George H. Cook Scholar. He earned his medical degree from Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in Piscataway, New Jersey. His Postgraduate training included a Medical Internship and Residency at Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, as well as fellowship at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Since 2001, he has been voted by his peers in the Castle Connolly Guide as one of the Top Doctors
Supplemental training and experience in interventional pain procedures adds to his internal medicine training. This allows him to better determine what tests and procedures would be most needed in a patient’s care. He also makes it a point to familiarize himself with the training and skills as well as the office environment of any outside physician or therapist that may become part of a patient’s care.
Dr. Dean has put together a team of physicians and surgeons that provide the highest quality of care. By listening to and putting into “plain words” confusing medical jargon, Dr. Dean educates patients on their health conditions as well as the different treatment options. Creating an environment in which diagnosis, treatment and patient compliance leads to health care excellence.
Anthony Esposito, D.O.
Anthony Esposito received his doctorate from Nova Southeastern College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2011. He is a member of the Florida Osteopathic Medical Association, American Academy of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Florida Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. He currently holds a Full Florida Osteopathic Medical License.
Dr. Esposito is Board Certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and is an expert on pain management procedures, peripheral joint injections, regenerative medicine and rehabilitation therapies. He has also co-authored many research journal articles on the subject of interventional pain management. Dr. Esposito participates in volunteer work for certain organizations, like the US Sailing World Cup Regatta, Dolphin’s Cycling Challenge and Chaminade-Modanna College Prepatory.
